It’s summer,
so ice cream is the perfect dessert. And what can be better than a delicious ice cream that is healthy and even low in calories? In this recipe I replaced cream with
coconut milk which is much lighter than cream and very rich in
minerals, vitamins and healthy fats. So, we are actually doing something good for
our health.
And here is
the recipe:
½ cup of coconut milk (you can also take the light version)
1 cup of frozen
strawberries
4-5 mint leafs
3 basil leafs
Sugar or honey
to taste
mix all of the
ingredients together and serve immediately.
This ice cream
is so delicious and creamy. I like to prepare it as a healthy dessert very
often. And it’s done within 3 minutes!
